The Origin

The journey begins with selecting only the finest cattle breeds. Born on open plains, our cattle are chosen for their impeccable genetics, ensuring the highest potential for marbling and flavor.

The Pasture

Raised ethically on lush, natural grass pastures, the cattle live stress-free lives. A carefully monitored, high-quality diet during their growth phase develops the rich, beefy flavor profile you taste in every cut.

Step 03

The Harvest

Once they reach maturity, processing is done under the strictest quality standards. Only a tiny fraction of beef qualifies for the prestigious USDA Prime grade, and we hand-select only the absolute best.

Step 04

The Art of Aging

This is where patience meets perfection. We carefully age our prime beef for 45 to 60 days. This crucial resting period allows natural enzymes to break down the muscle tissue, resulting in unparalleled tenderness.
